Pac is a certain future elite ATG (top 10-25) and in his prime. Mosley will be lucky to get into the top 75-100, will be 39 years old and is past his best. End of story.

ummm can you logically explain to me how floyd ducked pacquiao in their first negotiations?

    easy.

    floyd jr: "easy fight"
floyd sr: "don't fight him son"
floyd jr: "yes dad, well accuse him of being on roids and **** him off by demanding a blood test."

Not taking one side or another here I think they are both to blame for this fight not happening.

I do how ever struggle to see how everyone keeps going on about floyd ducking pac. floyd agreed to the terms pac put up with the 10m per pound over, and pac did agree to prove he was clean by taking a blood test 14 days out from the fight.

Now like I said they are both to blame as egos got in the way of negotiations but it has to make you a little suspicious of pac and at the very least think that perhaps its not entirely floyds fault??

I do know I will be slammed by pac fans for this as there hatred for floyd blinds them. I was a floyd fan but no longer due to the crap surrounding this fight, it really is bad for the sport of boxing.

PNN, Team Pacquiao has been laying that foundation ever since the failed negotiation. Let's not rewrite history. They're the ones that said NO CONCESSIONS NEXT TIME immediately afterward. They're the ones who have mentioned opponents other than Mayweather for after the Clottey fight. And they are the ones who walked away from the negotiating table and had a deal with Clottey in place less than 48 hours afterward.

Yea, Floyd knew it pissed Pac off when pac say Yes Ill take the random blood test.

One week later, wait Floyd. No random test, only pre set dates!

mayweather created the issue that killed the fight by making demands of Pac which are undprecedented in the sports history. mayweather doesn't ask for olympic style testing, fight is made. simple as

How did it kill the fight when pac agreed to random blood testing up until the day of the fight?

Then a week later or so changed his mind.

Better at least there is thought and logic to it. I do fail to see how this can be total floyds fault. if pac had agreed, proved he was clean and taken the tests fight would have happened. 50/50 as I see it

Pac should of told Floyd to **** from the get go. But he AGREED to the blood test.

Now, Pac has locked himself in something that he can't back out of.

well, let's put it as simple as this. both parties seems not to want this fight on each others terms. and its not too simple that it's pac's team who walked out. remember that they also have an offer of 24 days cut-off like floyd's team has an offer of 14 days cut-off. just like what the judge that moderate the impasse said, they failed to agree on the terms.

actually i would argue the one who "ducks" is the one who walks away from the negotiating table, not the one who is left at the table still trying to negotiate.
As far as i saw it there was one person in particular who met the others demands and one person who didnt.

Let me ask you then, Mayweather made the exact same demands on Mosley as he did on Pac, why is Mayweather not ducking Mosley as well? If Mosley had decided to walk away from the negotiation table then would that have to be a clear duck by Mayweather???
