Dude, I think it went like this:

    - Floyd wants complete random. Manny wants 30.
    - Floyd still sticks with complete random. Manny then concedes to 21.
    - Floyd goes for 14, Manny won't budge from 21.

Negotiations breakdown, Manny fights Clottey, Floyd fights Mosley.

    - Straight after the Mosley fight, Floyd goes back to complete random.
    - Manny suggests the 14 Floyd wanted last time, but Floyd refuses.
    - Manny then commits to complete random, and Floyd says he doesn't have the urge.

Can somebody verify that this was actually a quote from Floyd? Because this is absolutely ludicrously idiotic for numerous reasons:

    1. To suggest that Pacquiao didn't juice only for the one fight he was blood tested is to say that he's been on steroids since at least 2004. This would be the third iteration of ******ed reasoning which I'll actually need further explanation on before I can even define it. The first two, in case you forgot, were: "Look how much weight Pacquiao has put on so quickly, moving from 130 to 147 in less than a year" and "No little man can take punches from full welterweights like Pacquiao does without A-Side Meth."

    2. This is contrary to prior claims out of Floyd's own mouth that Morales was over-the-hill and/or shot. Why would Pacquiao need PEDs to beat a shot fighter?

    3. The blood test before that fight was unannounced and happened only because somehow the NSAC lost Pacquiao's medical records and didn't realize it until 2 days before fight night. If Pacquiao were a juicer he'd have had absolutely no reason not to be juicing before that fight.

    4. I'm fairly certain they weren't testing that blood for any drugs, anyway. They test urine for drugs, they test blood for communicable diseases. There was no additional drug testing for that fight by the NSAC than any other fight in Vegas.

Please tell me you're trolling. You've never known or even heard of anyone having a bad reaction to getting blood drawn? Every single member of my immediate family, myself included, has had an issue of some sort. I've also never met a single person that thought it was particularly strange.

Koncz said 7 day cut off, Arum said 14 was agreed by he and Manny, Manny says he will take any test. LMAO!! Which one is it. The one thing that remains is that Floyd wanted OSDT with no cut offs from day one and even gave Manny a 14 day window and Manny still walked away.

The bolded was refuted by Koncz, he said 7days, if that was even offered to Mayweather, we're taking the word of Arum here

I really think that you need to read up on Olympic testing. First of all... they test the urine much more than the blood. When they are giving a bunch of random tests during the games... they aren't sucking blood out all the time, they are giving random urine tests. Pac was willing to give urine tests every day.

Also, Bolt and his team made the headlines about their testing BECAUSE they were tested such an absurd amount of times. It wasn't normal, which is why it was such a big deal. Once again... they weren't sucking blood out of him left and right, they were taking random urine tests... which is fine.

You guys act like they take blood from these guys every day and right before events. They don't... it's urine. They do blood tests, but far less often, and really it is used as more of a record over time to see if there are big differences from where they were before. It's not really any more effective than urine testing when you are in a short span like before a title fight.

Hair samples are said by many experts to be the best. They record a timeline of any drug use. Manny was also willing to give as many hair samples as they wanted randomly, every day... all the way up to the fight and after.

To this day, those emails have never came to surface. In other words, they didn't exist.

Arum said they only offered 14days cut off? Thats if we believe Arum, he stands to make far more money if the Mayweather fight doesn't come off too soon

How do some of you know that Manny didn't know there would be a blood test prior to the first Morales fight?

You don't! Manny team could know! May be not, but they could!

Ummm nooooooooo they were having random blood testing the day of the races for Bolt, and no it isn't strange either. They aren't even asking Manny for 100s of blood tests, Mosley got about 2-3tests, Manny would have got the same, the tests weren't a big deal

Bottom line is Mayweather believes Manny is using because he rejected the testing and believes blood testing is the only way to show up if someones using, whether thats true or not is up for debate, but as long as he believes that he isn't shifting. IMO Mayweather would never have asked for drugs testing if Pacquaio's team didn't put the 10million per pound thing in there

TRIVIA - Viagra is a PED that won't see you fail a PED test

Most dialogue that comes up isn't produced, Mayweather himself never voiced anything about them and neither did his management. Which journo said the emails were made I forget but I seem to remember they claimed they saw them.....

BTW asking that question doesn't mean Manny was using, it could be a legal safety net to protect their client, it will obviously make Mayweather suspicious however
