Give him Pulev. He destroyed him once, he will do it the second time, winning a minor belt in a process.
Same BS people said about Usyk. Why he isn't fighting on the frontline, blah, blah. People like Wlad with his connections are more useful in the public eye, not with the AK in their hands dodging bullets.
Yeah it put Fury in a depression for 3 years, poor sod. It was like Ali Liston 2. Easy work and the guy folds over not putting up a fight.
People who said it about Usyk are just plain stupid. The man is a Russian speaker with a Russian wife. His belief is that Ukrainians and Russians are fellow Slavs and should be family. What is more, because he has three children, he is not obligated to fight. Despite his complex beliefs and exemption, he still served in the territorial defenses for a month when the war broke out.
What gives you that impression? Wilder has looked absolutely awful and we don't know what Klitschko will look like in the ring now.
I never like it when fighters retire and come back. It rarely ends well - especially when they were older when they quit. Yes there are instances like Foreman. But he is the exception rather than the rule. There is always the chance of glory but, for me, it's not worth the risk. Nobody improves by leaving the sport for 8 years and getting older.
If he fights again it will likely be for Ukraine. During war many celebrities lend their name and profession to the cause. I can Imagine Usyk-Klitchko would raise spirits and heighten the countries resolve.
Not sure about that. Even with all the years Wlad has been retired he will still have 100x more skill than Wilder
