He looks sharp to say he's 43. Tom coming in has definitely given him a boost. He's still working with Coach Merk too though. They're all working together. Merk is in the video, watching from ringside.

to bad he doesnt throw punches like that in the ring only in training. Doesnt let his hands go anymore.

 

Doesn't matter you can't train a Chin and Jones has one of the worst Glass Jaws in the sport. He has no punch resistance and never did.

He's wearing a cap with his big beard. I love coach Merk, but Roy definitely needed to bring someone else in to change things up. Tom will be in the ring instructing him in between rounds, like he was against Alexander, but Merk will be there.

Why isnt he fighting Kostecki ?

 

He's not fighting kostecki. He was arrested last week due to his involvement in a prostitution and drug ring. Roy's fighting a 17-0 last minute replacement. I can't spell his name.
