Tua vs Morrison, right now would make the original Tua vs Ruiz fight look like a slug fest. Morrison would probably be killed.
All jokes aside, I really feel bad for Tommy Morrison. He is just trying to make a dollar doing the only thing that he knows, which is boxing. Or in this case boxing/not for real muay tai/acting. I think he does have HIV, I'm just curious about his passed tests that he claims to have had. I was on his wikipedia page today and it still claims that he has passed several tests. Do you guys remember the fight on a Top Rank card scheduled to be in Texas? Remember how "the information wasn't sent in time" and he couldn't fight. I read somewhere that he tested positive and that was the false reason the commision gave. I don't remember where I read that, but it isn't on wikipedia anymore if that's even where I read it in the first place. When Tommy came back against John Castle, I was kind of thinking maybe he would have a puncher's chance at actually winning a decent match. I'm not talking about a Klitschko or even a Ruiz. I mean someone like uh...I don't know, one of those guys that had somewhat of a name a few years ago, but has since had 8 losses type of guys. Then when Versus aired his in-ring interview just after the fight, it was clear that he has NO wind. I don't know if this guy could last a full four rounds, much less ten or twelve.
:deal In all of my experience in following boxing and a semi regular following of MMA, I have never seen such a shitty excuse for a fight. If I was the state of Wyoming I would be ashamed that this fight occurred.
As long as Tua didn't drink his blood afterwards I'd believe you..... TO the thread starter: I didn't listen to the interview...not going to waist my time with it....but in terms of the Tyson fight, you are of course talking about the fight he had signed with King back in the 90s right?
