Lomachenko would outclass Walters. It would be an 8-4 type of fight.

He beat a decrepit Vic Darchinyan who's been KO'd 3 times, who has no defense to speak of, that doesn't prove anything to me, Donaire would have probably KO'd him in 3 or 4 if he had any confidence left after the Rigo fight.

Salido would probably beat Walters and Loma would with ease.

To be honest, I have no idea about Walters as I haven't seen him but going by what's been said here, firstly, against Lomachenko could he actually land his big punch? That's the first thing, Lomachenko's extremely hard to hit clean (even against Salido, in the fight he lost, Salido actually didn't land much to the head from what I recall). Secondly, the fact that he's a counter puncher as you say would work in Lomachenko's favour, Lomachenko is MUCH superior when he's fighting on the front foot.

I obviously need to watch some of his fights but from what I'm hearing I don't think he's the type to give Lomachenko a lot of problems, could be wrong though.

Walters was KD'd by a 5-3-1 fighter. He was dropped in another bout. Yes, he has good power but he is slow compared to Lomachenko. I think Lomachenko KO's Walters but like any good puncher, Walters has an outside chance. It is so easy to get carried away when a fighter wins in spectacular fashion, as Walters did when KO'ing Darchinyan. Darchinyan should not be fighting anymore. He is too old and shop worn.

    no...... no...... just no.......

i love walters, ill watch every single one of his fight, but he's like a no-need-to donaire with a little more power and less footwork.

Expect the same poster's who supported Russell to support Walters if this fight happens.

Lomachenko would easily beat Walters. Lomachenko did not lose to Salido, he lost to Laurence Cole..................................points are not supposed to be given to punches to the legs, hips and balls, nor punches after the bell and break...................

Hope Lomachenko gets to wear the gloves he wants in his next fight.

If that helps you sleep at night. Good for Loma and all of his fans. I don't mind that his fans are rejoicing that he beat Russell. tThe same bunch whined and cried like a little girl who dropped her ice cream cone when Salido beat him. Either way buddy..

Kind of like what you did in the immediate aftermath of the fight when you claimed Gary had to fight two guys in the ring (Lomo and the ref)? :rofl
