Nick Diaz doesn't want to be interviewed by Ariel Helwani.

    - Talks about biased rules favoring boring lay and pray fights
    - Talks about his dislike for Ariel Helwani
    - How Strikeforce/Zuffa forced Nick to be interviewed by Ariel Helwani (while other journalists like Josh Gross and Josh Gross couldnt interview him)
    - How MMA fighters are getting ripped off compared to boxers
    - JMMA had better rules and showcases MMA skills better than Zuffa/Strikeforce.

Is GSP ducking Nick Morono? Diaz would never lose to a UFC bum

diaz speaks his mind, i like that. diaz is abrasive, i dont like that. dana says diaz doesn't know how to play the game. some would view that as diaz speaks his mind, others would say he is a dickhead.

i would like it if fights were more damaged orientated but ultimately holding someone is a skill, moving around is a skill, if someone wants to get up or engage the fighter more than use certain techniques/skill to make that happen. i.e. houston got cut and kimbo kept when i think kimbo was gassed and didn't know how to make him engage. all he had in his favour was stepping forward.

The problem with judging by damage is that the judges aren't doctors. Also some facial brusing is easier to score than someone who has maybe bruised or fractured ribs.

come on thats ridiculous, usually the fighter who lands the harder, cleaner shots on a more regular basis will land more damage

  9. You cant if its right.

So someone clearly gassed and doing nothing for three rounds win against a better opponent who didnt mind being under and was going for submission wins. Lets just get another Zulu and any Super Super HW to fall on top of someone, give them the belt and call them the greatest mixed martial artist when all they did was fall asleep of someone.

I don't think fights should be judged by literal damage, it is more figurative i.e. punching someone in the face should score more than a takedown.
