I guess they used the same computer that picked him to KO Ali ... Myth aside, the ref would have a huge degree of input on the result ... if he allowed Valuev to hold and hang it would be a who knows ... otherwise Rocky outpunches him to win a sloppy decision in an ugly fight ...

I actually have him beating most of the former Heavyweight Champions. In this case, I think his work rate might be the difference. I was never impressed by Valuev BUT I don't see an exciting fight. I pick Rocky by a decision.
Yeah, Marciano clearly has no chance here. There is no way that anyone can legitimately beat someone as big as Valuev, unless they themselves are even bigger.
Marciano by TKO. Once Marciano gets inside, he will work valuev to the body with short punches and wear him down. valuev would just be outworked by the rock. I don't think valuev survives past the 8th round. but, he would use his size and reach advantage to jab and grab Marciano, after being worn down by those body shots.
