I think most boxing fans are behind Toney but are just realistic, it is going to very difficult for him to win especially against Couture, if he had been fighting a striker like Shane Carwin then i'd fancy him big time.

I hope he wins and will be stopping up to watch it but I am more hopeful of a victory than expectant.

Yeah ESPN, Show starts 3am Sunday morning. Dont know what time Toney will on, between 4 - 5 would be my guess.

Carwin has a high calibre wrestling background. He wouldn't stand with Toney. Plus he would out-weigh him by about 50 stone anyway.

Couture is much more a LHW these days (that's where his last couple of fights have taken place).

He would have a weight advantage but the limit is 265 in UFC I believe, Carwins stamina is awful from what I have seen, he was ****ed after 3 minutes against Lesnar.

Toney weighed in at 237 tonight I think (thats quite a bit off 265).

Plus Carwin can put extra weight on between the weigh-in and actual fight.

I believe he would be way too big for Toney. He was gassed against Lesnar because he was throwing so much after the initial money-punch that stunned Lesnar. If/when he takes down Toney, then its much easier to lay in Toney's guard, punching away and not getting gassed, and thereby bring the excess weight to bare on James.

If Calderon-Segura were fighting above featherweight or something everyone would be hyped as ****.
