Trout and Lara were damn good fights . I’m just looking for any real big challenge since GGG , BJS and Krusher— Canelo is winning and will keep winning with his star power/ privilege picking aze. He has the Ginger 1% privilege to make any fight happen yet he has not taken one “push yourself test” since Krusher. I think Canelo is a savage when he wants to be (Lara/Trout/ GGG, BJS & Krusher) but he has only taken a less than moderate risk approach when it comes to opposition in the past two years other than BJS. He should stand at 168 and take all challenges for his next two fights with his unification and then look at his options. Right now he is just checking low hanging fruit in any division north to make history which is not making him a true warrior to me.
Andrei Chikatilo has said he got a game plan for Beterbiev to beat him and said he'd be happy to help Beterbiev implement it if he'd drop his current trainer and start training with him again.
The best chance for the cinnamon haters to see Canelo lose would be at 175 if anything. The Russian duo of Bivol and Beterbiev would be tough challenges for Canelo, but Canelo shouldnt be expected to fight both. Theres no reason a fight between Bivol and Beterbiev cant happen next year and the winner face Canelo right after for 3 out of the 4 trinkets right after.
