Not boxing specific, but good **** nonetheless

    Manassa, really enjoying this way of training.:good My rope pull ups and pistols have trebled and all my gymnastic **** is done under a lot more control. I think it's because I'm always fresh that I'm able to control bodyweight gymnastic moves that I struggled with in the past.

    I'm not a lazy *******, though, and I am struggling with the feeling that I'm not having a proper workout so I get out for a run a few times a week. Will probably drop in some high rep burpees or snatches as well just to get a good sweat up.

    All in all, it's ****in brilliant for me training like this:thumbsup
