It's excessive.....which is illegal. Bayless allowed Floyd to get away with it so that's not Floyd's fault. But fighters have done far less holding in fights where they were penalized......Bayless kind of forced this fight to take place strictly from the outside becuase he never let the fight unfold on the inside. He broke it up sometimes even before the actual clinch happened.

What I'm saying Kiwi.....is that if you watch Floyd 47-0, you'll see that he has beat all kinds of fighters all kinds of ways...he adapts and adjusts, Maidana is a dirty fighter, so Floyd beat him dirty...I dont know about you, but thats the kind of figher I like....smart.

Floyd did a lot of hitting too, I saw Maidana's head snapping back all night, and those body shots were brutal. I guess we see two different fights I wonder why, is it hard for haters to see?

This fight was 100 times more entertaining then that fight. And this fight was a bit action less with the high drama being bitten fingers.

    No.

What you are saying, is you are an agenda driven "fan". That lets anything slide when it is your hero that does wrong.

So you like dirty fighters? interesting. That says a lot when you made 3 anti-maidana threads this week for his "dirty" fighting.

    You are pathetic son.

Seemed like most of the time there was always body contact, shoulders or body against each other, or that Maidana had landed a punch to the back. So, the holding didn't seem too unwarranted. And when the holding happens, the breaks should soon after.

Floyd was clinching a lot no doubt.

However, look no further than their first fight to see how dirty the fight gets when it isn't broken quick. It seems many people whine about refs letting fighting and clinching commence for too long, but then they whine when this happens.

So you honestly about to sit here in this thread and say that Floyd fought dirty, cheated, or somehow bent the rules to win? Really mang?

No, i am sitting here saying you are a one eyed nut hugging fan that considers tactics "dirty" for others but not Floyd.

Floyd was always going to win this fight decisively. As i said when the rematch was announced. Floyd won the fight, with or without the fouling. However, to believe in your title for this thread, you are phucking delusional "mang".

    Oh and worthless troll.

Isn't it smart to clinch dirty, wild, unorthodox fighters? You see nothing but hate for Floyd, how about actually looking at tactics and strategy, look at the way Floyd neutralized Maidana's gameplan, look at the body attack and accurate punching, geez Floyd can't get credit for nothing from you can he?

Porter was wild and coming in with his head and Brook held him. There were times where Kell flat out grabbed Porter. Porter was struggling to get his hands free. Maidaina ddn't try to free his hands, complain to the ref or anything. Marcos was A-Ok with being grabbed because he need the rest. Maidana's corner didn't say word about it either. Floyd clinched when Maidaina got to close to prevent any wild flailing, just like Brook did with Porter. Besides, Alexander clinched waaay more than Floyd when he beat Maidana's ass, Clinching happens is boxing. Wlad is a master at it. Kahn holds like a champ as well. it is what it is. Maidana made no adjustments at all, so the easy thing to do here is to blame the referee. Maidana is no good at all, he just hits hard, I mean he lost badly to Devon Alexander FFS...

ITT: man does not know the rules of boxing. Clinching is illegal unless accidental, ie tangled up. Just because some men choose to clinch in some fights and some refs allow it doesn't mean its not.

TBE? Atg? The past atg's were defeated by lesser known opponents on even playing field. Reason why the best skill will not make you atg without fighting often all challengers. The people will judge the actual fight results on the ring and not on some imagined outcomes based on skills. Many factors play out on tight time unlike a chess game where the opponents are just comfortably sitting down.......
