Obviously Tszyu was shot, but it doesn't mean he had turned feather fisted. Even a 35 yr old, washed up Tszyu still had power. Declined power, due to the fact his handspeed and timing was no longer there, but still power. And Kat has never proven that he can punch above 135.
Yeah. Things could get rough. We will see how much either man has left. And if Hatton can't win the fight then he ought to hang them up anyway.
I'm with you guys in that I don't see this as a give-me for Hatton at all. Kind of a crazy way to comeback actually.
Interesting fight. We know that Hatton has no chin whatsoever (note: I'm not saying that he never did, just that it was gone by 2007) but can Katsidis punch at the weight? Unless he's supremely confident that his risible punch resistance of that period was due to lifestyle factors, Ricky would be well advised to adopt a box and move strategy so that it's not a question that gets answered.
