Just look carefully at Kessler's resume, trying to learn who were his opponents at the time. You sound like someone who just doesn't know who he fought and presume they were ****. For your information, before every of his fights, his opponent says he's robotic and predictable. Even with his robotic style, he wins his fights pretty convincingly, because he does it perfectly. And I'm not even a Kessler fan! Froch wouldn't win against Kessler.
it means he had his shot at a name opponent and it came off. bute, miranda and kessler are now waiting in the line that froch has vacated.
coming from a kessler fan I can tell you right now that Kessler is king of absolutely nothing. He might be the best contender to a vacant crown but he is absolutely NOT the king. now pass that weed to the left you've had enough
you were all saying ? I have about 200 of these threads where Icould make people eat crow where I was spot on and others were so wrong
Well, Kessler did beat Froch if that was the point you were trying to make. Also, Taylor beating Kessler in 2009 was never going to happen. In fact, even today semi-retired Kessler would still be favored over Taylor by a considerable margin.
I'd rather see Froch v Kessler 3, than Froch-Degale. Although my preference would be Chavez Jr in Vegas cause I might make the trip to see that. :vonnecunt
Sounds good. A farewell fight for Froch at Nottingham Forest's stadium. However, ideally, I'd like it to be Kessler, I want their rivalry to be settled 2-1, one way or another and a good final chapter for both warriors. I'm not sure Kessler coming off the inactivty could beat Degale, so I'd rather see him bring Abraham's paper title to the party (who I'm pretty confident even shot Kessler would beat). Froch is above mandatory challengers now, I think he should vacate and let Degale fight for the vacate title. In an ideal world for me- that would be a rematch with Groves, although it would probably end up being Ramirez (and if it is Ramirez, they should make put it on the Froch v Chavez undercard and make the full card UK v Mexico- the atmosphere would be electric).
Kessler vs. Abraham would be great, but Abraham is already set to fight the Sturm/Stieglitz winner. In my opinion he shouldn't even come back. There's nothing left to prove. Maybe only for the Ward rematch in Denmark. Froch is looking to secure a fight with Chavez. I'd rather see him fighting DeGale to be honest (either way he's going to fight DeGale or he could just hand him the title), but Froch vs. Chavez Jr would almost certainly be a war.
Abraham maybe saying he will face the Strum-Stielglitz winner on the assumption that Strum will win. After all Abraham-Steilglitz is not a rivalry that calls for a 4th fight. Thinking about Froch- Chavez Jr, I think Froch could easily 'Abraham' Chavez if he choose to- and everyone thought Froch v Abraham was going to be a war, when it was on fact a schooling.
