Duddy would have done alot better than lockett though! The only problem is duddy wont take a knee, hes not bright enough.

I agree 100%:good For how long and who he fights are the questions.......for example

I really want Miranda to win the rematch with Abraham, however Abraham, if he won would most likely fight Kelly not necessarily in his next fight but most likely soon after......There is really nothing that convinces me that Miranda would perform any better in a rematch if he does win against Abraham...So I'm impartial on who wins...If Abraham wins Kelly has a chance(a very good one) at taking his belt and we get to see a much more exciting fight than Calzaghe-Pavlik:deal

    Along with this.....

Kelly needs to attend Sturms next fight, as lets face it, if he wants Sturms belt being ringside is somewhat of a motivator:yep

Many may argue but I think Sturm-Pavlik will be just as challenging as Pavlik-Abraham, mainly due to Sturms solid technical ability

After this there are solid contenders like Lorenzo, Sylvester, and maybe by this time we'll get to see the destruction of Sergio Mora:fire

    Cheers:good

What will make a tough fight for anyone because he doesn't seem to like taking a knee or backing off. Duddy can really hit though, unfortunately he's had problems putting his punches together. Even those he takes to the cards have been hurt in his fights, including Yory Boy (who actually was knocked down, I've watched that fight over and over and still can't see how a slip makes to fly across the ring).

I'd like to see Pavlik fight some southpaws from his division.
Maybe take a Winky Wright fight to evaluate what he can do with a defensive
counterpuncher like Ronald. (Maybe he could be the one to make Wink's go away?)

As far a Calzaghe fight goes...
Pavlik is still a baby, what is the rush.
(Cal will still be around next year, Unless The REAL Jones Jr. shows up)

I would scratch Sturm's name and replace it with Sebastian Sylvester..... for 2 reasons...

    1. Sylvester is on a roll... When he has stepped up lately, he succeeded with flying colors...

    2. I'm not soo sure that Sturm wins against Griffin...

Now I seen the name Giovanni Lorenzo being mentioned... If Giovanni wins against Marquez, that would make him #1 in the IBF.... It would also put him at #1 for the WBC... His team could push for him to the WBC mandatory forcing a fight with Pavlik....

Rubio/Pavlik, I think Bob feels that this fight could be exciting as both are punchers... Pavlik beat the fight out of Zertuche and Rubio finished the job afterwards.. It might be entertaining...

If they are aiming to pack a house, Pavlik/Duddy in Jersey would work.....

His next fight, maybe he should just pick a name from Ring Magazine Top 10....

P2K is very close to the Miranda camp. Believe me. Miranda wants another crack at Pavlik. He considers Pavlik his only true loss and he also knows he wasn't at his best. His own fault, but still......

Rubio, then Abraham if he gets past Miranda, then John Duddy. Who knows after that.

Rubio is the WBC mandatory. I get tired of typing this over and over. Kelly wants to unify the titles. He can't very well unify if fails to fight his mandatories.

Lorenzo would be a **** poor choice anytime in the next 12 months. His last 6 opponents had 55 losses. Marquez, who recently had a draw against McKart, is a good test for him. If he can beat some combination of Marquez, McKart, Ornelas, Zuniga, and maybe another prospect such as Andy Lee, that would tell us a lot more about his real abilities.

Kelly does not need to do anything other than stick to the original plan:
    Rubio in September.
    Abraham in January '09.

Team Pavlik does not need to change that unless Abraham loses to Miranda, or Joe Calzaghe suddenly remembers where he left his balls!

    Hopefully none of these happen.

I'd like to see him fight Abraham.

There is a very safe road in the middleweight division. Clear as day, I can see the horizon, with only a blockade of tomato cans at regular intervals

However, I see a very dangerous route. What's that? Signposted "SMW". Did I just see something slithering in the grasslands? Is it a snake? Yes its a snake. Mora? No, no. It's A Cobra. The Cobra. STRIKES.

Pavlik is out cold, anti-venom administered -8lbs. Ah, middleweight. Safe haven. Eat...tomato can
