    Solis appears to be in good spirts and appears to be slimming down. Looks like this fight is going to be good.

    i don't know how recent, but he hasn't been liter that 250 since 2005 and in those pics he looks less than 250 and i know that these pics were taken after 2005

    He's definately lost some serious weight since the Austin fight. He still looks a bit overweight but it's a definate improvement. The optimist in me hopes he can now give Vitali a decent fight.

    That's what I was wondering.... And the way he has his pants so low, it's hard to tell how much of a gut he has right now.

    Anyway, I do expect Solis to come into the fight in shape...it won't matter though, Vitali by KO or TKO.

    He looks between 258-260, but we don't know when was this picture taken... He still has around 3 weeks to lose more weight. :good
