Hell, this might not even be decided on points...

Terrible body language in the red corner...snapping a wet towel in Suzuki's face as he slumps against the turnbuckle..

    25 to 11 for Sapiyev.

Can't predict a winner between him and Maestre Perez. :think

    Perez will get murdered.

I've actually sparred Perex. He's a very limited boxer.

Definately. He's very bad. Sapiyev is one of the most experienced boxers of the whole championship.

So we could be looking at a Sapiyev vs. Vikas semis? :think (as much as Spence got screwed, I wasn't overly awed by the Russian against an inferior opponent much more than the Indian against Spence..)

Too bad that corrupted decisions prevented us from so many good match ups. With Gaucha, Khitrov and Savon still in the mix, the tournament would have definitely much more flavor. :verysad:boxer

    I still enjoy it though

Oh ****, I just remembered that Vikas over Spence wasn't even the first case of an Indian boxer getting the nod over an American who most felt deserved it more.

Gausha vs. Singh wasn't as bad, but still kinda bad. :deal

My bet is that we see Sapiyev vs Zamkovoy. Vikas is strong but limited. Zamkovoy has a lot of good boxing inside, he just doesn't let it out all the time. He's not always looking impressive, but he can be hard to beat.

On the other side of the draw I think we'll see Shelestyuk vs Evans in the semis. Shelestyuk should grab that one if he beats the judges.
