Benji in the last few weeks has been unbelievable!!

 

Could hardly have done much worse than 3. A five year old girl could have picked 3 .

I certainly wouldn't have included the wooden spooners in my 8 and left out the minor premiers :nut

 

Bringing your Hindsight abilities over to League aswell I see, lets face it you didnt have a go at a top 8 cause you simply didnt know anything other than Storm.

at them claiming glen stewart should get off Scott free!
at hasler questioning what the Nrl does with their fine money!

Gallopp should throw their players an extra week each just for the sheer arse of this whole affair. :yep

 

Who was the no.14 for Manly? He should get more than anyone he was throwing punches at Blair when 4 others were holding him.

 

Number 14 for the Moanly Wawhingers would have to be Toovey.

 

Hasler's right though - he's pointing out the incompetencies of the NRL, and if it all goes back to the way they handled Brett Stewart's charges then so be it.

They basically condemned Stewart before his court case, and showed him zero support, whereas the likes of LaFrancchi copped no grief from the NRL (and he too was eventually found not guilty of his charges). What about the 3 Broncos players who were sprung shagging some bird in the dunnies at that pub in Brisbane? So what if it was consensual, surely tag-teaming a chick in a pub's dunnies is bringing the game into disrepute? Did they stand SBW down for shagging Candice Falzon in the dunnies of that Bondi pub? Nope.

Today they'll tell you they stood Stewart down for 4 games for bringing the game into disrepute, or because he was drunk, but various people have testified that he wasn't drunk and actually left the Wharf bar of his own accord, not because he'd been asked to leave.

They never stood Benji down for any games at the start of this season did they?

Gallop (and the NRL) need to make amends with Stewart, they treated him very shabbily, and I don't blame him for bearing a grudge.

 

ive got no love towards manly at all but i agree for whatever reason they were singled out and the nrl ****ed stewart over big time.

 

I would like to see additional fines and suspensions given to Brett and Glenn Stewart for looking like extras from Deliverance
