Re your other points, I guess you could say the Stewart thing was th straw that broke the camels back, and the Nrl thought it was forced to give stiffer penalties, just as it did when Melbourne were found guilty of rorting the cap.

Pity to see either Newcastle or Souths bow out this weekend. Have really enjoyed the type of football they've both been playing.
