that ****ing obstruction bull**** popped up again last night. if melbourne didnt score from that play nobody would give two shits about that "obstruction"
Its at the stage now where defenses are just running into guys in the hope of drawing a penalty whenever the oppostion even looks dangerous.
if blokes really wanted to get there and make the tackle they would get there and no amount of love taps would stop them.

And Fittler last night says "Billy's not that kind of player" He has always used his legs in all manner of play but often, like last night, as a way to discourage tacklers.

Slater did nothing wrong IMO if he gets suspended its bull****, also Cronk got robbed of a try, Cam Smith is losing his stroke with the ref's...

Good to see Flanagan reinstated as Sharks coach this morning...

Slater didn't do anything wrong. If the bulldog player hadnt tried to illegally tackle him in the air he wouldn't have copped a boot in the face. Simple as that.

It seemed like the questionable decisions were all going bulldogs way last night. Two debatable decisions led to them conceding a try and getting one denied.

Well said Gonzo I mean they kick a high ball and expect Billy to stay on the ground to grab it.

Every year we see a new thing for people to complain about with the Storm. I suppose some fans dont want the Storm in the Comp and Bellamy as a coach the way they act.

Without the Storm and Bellamy representative football would not be the same.

You may have not had players like

    Greg Inglis (QLD, OZ)
    Billy Slater (QLD, OZ)
    Cam Smith (QLD, OZ)
    Cooper Cronk (QLD, OZ)
    Ryan Hoffman (NSW. OZ)
    Sika Manu (NZ)
    Jesse Bromwich (NZ)
    Kevin Proctor (NZ)
    Matt King (NSW)
    Adam Blair (NZ)
    Israel Folau (QLD, OZ)
    Brett White (NSW, OZ)
    Michael Crocker (QLD,OZ)
    Dallas Johnson (QLD,OZ)
    Jeremy Smith (NZ)
    Jeff Lima (NZ)
    Matt Duffie (NZ)
    Gareth Widdop (ENG)
    Dane Nielsen (QLD)
    Anthony Quinn (NSW)

There is a list of all rep players under Bellamy and thats not including the players that come from nowhere like
    Tolman
    Hinchcliffe
    ONeill
    Newton

Were talking about the best coach in the game yet fans always find something to go on about with the Storm.
I dont think any other team comes close not even Manly when it comes to the Rep players.

Also I have to add if players dont want to get a foot to the face when they kick high to Billy dont put there head there.

You dont see AFL players stopping the rule of gravity to take screamers. I think under the rules of the game Billy has every right to protect himself while that high in the air.

AFL players do it every week. Are you seriously as Rugby fans going to complain and about being bigger pussies than Aussie Rules Players.

One thing about Bellamy that is crazy is that he can take hasbeens, never was and any young players and turn them into quality players

You could take a rough player like Utai (a few years ago not now) and Bellamy would turn him into a rep player

who you guys got tonight? I honestly reckon the tigers are going to get whooped. We have good halves and decent backs but the forwards just arent up to scratch to be honest... we needed Mason and i am pissed we didnt sign him for cheap

Clinical display by the Storm until near the end. One thing you have to say about Bellamy he gets the best out of even average/past best players Hinchcliffe,Ryles. Bulldogs will be a force with their full squad.

Thats it Gonzo and I only have to say the words Adam Blair for you to know exactly what Im talking about.

In the Storm structure and system he was World Class.

And this id no Offense to Sheens and your Tigers Gonzo but now everyone has been saying he is a flop.

Now how do you go from star Rep player to that. See myself I thought Benji would put him in great positions but it hardly happens because of team structure.

Also you said about the young players and all im thinking is look how good
Tohu Harris, Siosaia Vave and Chambers have looked so far already.

Also everyone calling for Slater's head and then you get someone like Des Hasler say Slater did nothing wrong.
