Seems we need 24, so with all respect due to posters already getting planty of votes(and I agree) i'm going with two as of yet not nominated.

Not necessarily. I see some posters nominating guys they have had nothing but arguments with. I don't want respect to get confused with popularity.

However I do see the reasoning behind nominating people who have not been nominated yet. General Forum needs 16, doesn't help if 8 posters or so get all the votes. I am surprised to see that Dane and Sandman have not already been nominated. You should have been nominated by now too...though I fear you may have PBF unranked lol.

 

How and when do we know who wins this thing??

I assume so. We may run into the issue of not enough nominations though or having 10-12 posters with multiple nods and then 15 or so with one nomination each.

If this is the case, perhaps the forum could have one day of voting on the remaining posters who got nominated once, or break any ties that may be left for the final spots. Or perhaps the nominated members could vote.
