    1) Depends on whom you ask. The fact that you said what you said - indicates that I should think otherwise just because some other poster think differently than I, which should mean that you find that to be perfectly logical thing to do.
    2) I didn't see any why. You just stated that Intelligent TFFP thought something else than I.

The mere fact that you have only seen Hopkins for 10 years speaks volumes as well.

i think calzaghe, your right he would of come to fight in his prime and been beaten by calzaghes speed and combinations. hpkins was not as smart in his prime, nor could he counter aswell IMO, joe takes this UD 116-112

Calzaghe on pts ..Go back and watch his fight with Jones ..Hopkins fought the exact same way he fought Calzaghe ..Too much work rate for Bhops ..Stop blaming the man's age on the loss ..He's ten times the fighter now than when he was young !

You said you have only seen him from 98-99 and forward. So I gathered that you hadn't seen fights before this time. If you have, you can scratch that comment.

Looking at Hopkins' physique makes me wonder if 168 or 175 would have been his best weight. Maybe he was weakening and dehydrating himself trying to make 160.

But Hopkins just came off wins over Tarver and Wright so its not like Bernard was washed up when he fought Joe. He is still #4 p4p.

I think a prime Joe v. a prime Bernard is close but similar to their recent fight. Calzaghe via SD.

The Hopkins that beat Trinidad, Joppy and Eastman would rip Calzaghe a new *******.

Sounds like people are looking for excuses for B-Hop's loss.

    Calzaghe.

Hopkins is past his best granted, but so to is Joe.

    Huggy bear lost.
