I really don't like judging before a career has finished. For all we know Usyk loses to Fury and Wilder next. No way of knowing everything until he's retired. That being said, if he was to retire today, I'd be picking him over Bowe.
Who exactly did Bowe stop with this body attack of his. If it couldn't pay dividends against Golota Tubbs etc maybe it's not so effective
Bowe dispatced a couple guys with body shots, it's less about how many body shot finishes he had and more about them being a weakness of Usyk Bowe punched a lot harder and was a way, way better finisher than Dubois
Bowe's "body shots" = nutsack barrages. He was the Ball Punisher before Golota ever got that twinkle in his eye
Prime Bowe betas him, he takes control later on in the fight for me and drops Usyk with body shots. The guy was an absolute killer at his peak and levels above AJ.
The body punching of Bowe and making a mid 30s guy fight 3 minutes a round would make this is a very hard night for Usyk. Bowe would walk him down and smack him to bits in close. Chisora was physically bullying Usyk. Ref ain’t saving him here. Bowe stoppage.
I might've said this in the thread, but Bowe wouldn't beat Usyk if he had trouble with Tubbs. A lone exception exists that involves a crooked ref who allows Bowe to hit Usyk in the nuts with impunity.
Bowe seems to struggle with people who have fast feet and idk if he fought any southpaws. I think Usyk takes it in competitive but clear decision
Will be a pretty even fight. But prime Bowe will come on late in the fight and drop him. Bowe by decision
"Usyk is not yet proven as a heavyweight" is what almost everyone says. And Bowe's wins (and one defeat) over ONE ATG has completely proven himself as a heavyweight, especially looking at it from the perspective of the Golota fights (to be sarcastic). Usyk UD
