Lets hope Usyk is wise with his money and retires soon and doesn't go on a losing slide like Holyfield.

Put it this way, he's rightfully taken his place in the Heavyweight Pantheon alongside him :D

Holy was great but he lost a lot of fights at heavyweight. Usyk is the better fighter imo.

Usyk is undoubtedly an ATG and one of the best fighters of his generation. But where does he rank amongst the greatest Cruiserweight / Heavyweight in your opinion?

Holyfield lost fights at heavyweight because he fought better fighters and fought until he was way past his prime. Guys like Riddick Bowe and Lennox Lewis would of smashed Usyk.

Don't cape for that bin dipping mental midget. Americans still love hyping Bowe 30 years on.

And Fury is the guy who should've lost to John McDermott and an MMA fighter.

I don’t generally rate guys who are still active. But when Usyk hangs em up he will certainly be in the conversation

What Usyk has done in 22 fights is unmatched. All on the road too..

Usyk schools Holyfield. Holyfield 2.0 aka Evan Fields is a 50/50 fight with Usyk.

Right, and I am not denying that whatsoever. But to say that Holy's win over Bowe gives him some kind of ascendence is not correct. I am not, conversely, saying that Usyk's win over Fury does, so pointing out Tyson's flaws is really not the thing, here.

Only one of them is undefeated. Usyk is miles ahead of Evander and he’s 37 years old. 37 year old Evander against Usyk would not be a fight. Easy money for Usyk.

Yeah i agree with that i said in a previous thread here like a week ago that i rank Fury/Bowe similar in regards to Heavyweight rankings, so i would say Holyfield beating Bowe and Usyk beating Fury are fairly similar wins.

But the difference for me is that Holyfield just has too much of a deep resume at Heavyweight, i rank beating Tyson even a 1996 version better than beating say Joshua. And wins over Foreman, Holmes, Mercer, Dokes, Thomas, Moorer, is just too many notable wins for me to rank Usyk above Holyfield.

Like i said Usyk has the edge in Cruiserweight resume but in regards to Heavyweight resume Usyk needs 1 or 2 more notable wins.
