Mike Mike got shook pretty good in the 2nd. When he went down in the 3rd, I knew there was no way he was going to make it. A speedy dude trying to bang with a wide shot and he got beat by fundamentals. I like Oliver, but the whining about Molitor got old really, really fast. Molitor works his ass off, takes no one lightly, and has put the IBF belt up 4 times in 9 months. Oliver gets a questionable decision against Stark Jr. and goes the distance with Seeger (who isn't bad...but Ponce de Leon beat the hell out of him) and he complains about not getting his? It's boxing. Work > talk.

I was glad to see Oliver lose. I've never noticed him before to be a dirty fighter, but, he kept clinching and popping Lopez on the back of the head repeatedly. And it took the ref into the 3rd round before he warned him for it.

Agreed I was disappointed in that from a local boy...again I was hoping someone from around here would make waves but we'll see how he comes back

I agree, He clinch a lot. I saw the KO coming after he was wobbled in the beginning of the 2nd rd. He'll retire early just like Bojado.

They of course overlook Mijares' shutout over Reynaldo as nothing, despite the fact that he's pretty decent and was jobbed against Kirilov.

Mijares' resume is shaping up to be a pretty nice set.
