The first thing that came to my mind and I don't mean to disrespect the fighters and their fans was... Who cares?
I heard McCall didn't look too good in his last outing but Whitaker's been on the slide as well. Both guys are well past it so that's what makes it an intriguing fight. A fight like this is purely for the fans as there are no title implications whatsoever. I say that McCall eeks out a close decision victory.
It's not really a matter of how solid McCall is. What it really comes down to is which fighter has more left at this point.
