This weekend just gone saw Anthony Joshua follow Luke Campbell into the pro ranks & of course we are all going to follow there development's with interest. This weekend on the Bradley v JMM undercard Vasyl Lomachenko (x2 gold medallist) makes his bow in the pro ranks I can't wait to see how he does a fighter who may well live up to all the hype that will follow. Top Rank have invested heavily in him his pro debut actually for a title WBO international featherweight title 8 rounder against Jose Ramirez 25-3 & should victory follow a world ranking will with that organisation Ramirez is ranked #7 not a bad debut test to say the least. The inside track being should he impress on debut he may literally be given a eliminator & face either Saildo or Cruz for the title third fight out! The IBF route could also be available early don't overlook the fact Gradovich a Top Rank fighter. I think he won't disappoint & we may have another superstar in the making don't know what you fellas think but can't wait to see how quickly he settles & what this gifted southpaw can achieve in the pro's.
My thread may have failed But I was more than impressed with Lomachenko's debut the question of him being able to switch quickly to the pro game put to bed very quickly. Impressive finish,good footwork,speed of hand & picked some quality single shots & combinations. One more fight at the most then a title shot because they were on the same bill Salido's name is being touted.......don't rule out the IBF champion Gradovich being on the radar Top Rank fighter also.
Don't worry I'll give you your reply! Thought he looked the business as expected. To beat a top 10 ranked fighter with a 25-3 record in your debut fight is ridiculous. Only 25 as well, he's a bit special is Lomachenko !
Cheers Furey will return the favour sometime! Been telling friends in the USA about him glad he didn't disappoint on his debut. The only question now being conditioning over 12 rounds the slight question mark in my head was the ability to get a opponent out of there quickly again he showed he can.It was a great debut. His skillset off the chart movement & not wasting a shot would be great to have a mini GGG on our hands.
