Once and for all - OBJECTIVELY, why did Cotto vs. Martinez play out as it did?

I think a factorial combination is too nuanced for some to wrap their heads around. :conf

Martinez never had a chance. Knee dont block punches!! martinez had never fought anybody with Cotto's skill level and thought the little man couldnt hurt him.

Knee wasnt the problem, his no defense was!! One of the easiest bets of my life.

    Cotto by KO!!! :happy:happy:happy:happy:happy

Martinez didn't have his legs underneath him, he couldn't move. Couldn't absorb a shot and couldn't give one, add to that Cotto's lower centre of gravity and you got the stumbling mess that was Sergio that night.

Martinez was fighting as a cripple, he was done for, that's why Cotto fought him. Cotto would not come near him when Martinez was in good condition. Cotto made Geale come down to 157 to drain him, but Golovkin fought Geale at 160, Cotto refused to fight Golovkin because he knows he will get knocked out................
