Opinions on Brock Lesnar?

    But........that being said, Sakuraba was a pro-wrestler (and a whole raft of other Japanese MMA), Ken Shamrock was a pro-wrestler, Josh Barnett is a pro-wrestler, Don Frye was/is a pro-wrestler, Crocop just appeared in pro-wrestling.

    I suppose Brock is the most publicized pro-wrestler to ever appear in MMA but its not exactly unpreccedented.
    I'm still going to keep an open mind, I think.

    Well, those guys came into the sport when it wasn't anything. Ken and Sakuraba started in Pancrase if im not mistaken which in those days was pretty rough(full contact) even though it was a set up show. Barnett's ot Frye's story I dunno about and dont feel like lookin it up.

    The wrestling will help more to get it to the ground than it will once its on the ground, MMA isn't folkstyle wrestling, and Frank Mir is slick as hell on the ground.
