I'm a fan of both Ortiz and Povetkin and I would give them 50/50 chances while both are above Hunter. Both of them have "style" and advanced age. Both very technical. Ortiz with the better Jab and Soutphaw while Povetkin with more power behind the hooks and probably better inside fighting. Both can be very intriguing and they faint well. Can't favor either of them. Early KO by Povetkin or late KO by Ortiz if you ask me. They have decent chins, but age doesn't allow them to take big punches anymore. We saw it with Povetkin. No problem to take cruiserweight-Hunter-punches, but one punch by Joshua pretty much decided the fight. Ortiz-Joshua would be nice to watch stylewise, but same result I think.
I'd fancy both Povetkin and Ruiz against Ortiz. They both have wins over far better opposition so it's hard to argue otherwise.
Um maybe because thats the only puncher he has ever faced and he has been ktfo both times. Even glass chin Fury got up twice... Hammer (who "feathers" Fury put to the canvas) made him stagger a couple of times... Povetkin on the other had has been in with Wlad (smothered him to death) AJ and took a big righ off Price (who can punch hard).. Ortiz like normal would be dangerous for a few rounds but Povetkin would get the ko in the end...
