down ? he problably made 20mil for quitting, while Pac made what maybe 8 or something. If thats being down **** sign me up.
Eh....He's alright. A little too squeaky clean and "PC" for my liking but the man has an image to uphold and it seems to be working. I mean.... he's 35 and well on his way to being a Billioniare! Not to mention his wife is pretty hot....so are his strippers So....yeah, Oscar can be a bit of a cornball at times but I think much of it is attributed to a business strategy than his real personality. But you gotta respect what the man has done in the ring and for the sport.
lol what the hell are you talking about... go watch the 24/7's and laugh at oscar about how he's garunteeing some big extraordinaire knockout he was the only one getting knocked out
Sure, but more than the money, his legacy has been tarnished a bit by the bad loss. It's hard to close out your career with a loss that one sided. I bet Oscar's willing to take the 8 mill if it meant that he'll be the one to win the fight. He'd want to take back this loss, I'm sure. You guys hate him too much. And I'm not a big fan of his.
Look....the man was getting battered! Just like Cotto was with Marg. I don't feel that either of them "QUIT". THe corners were already talking about stopping the fight in both cases....Oscar's chin was too good for his own good. He wouldn't have been KO'd by PAC and taking a beating to the head like that can be very dangerous in this sport...or any sport where you are talking contiuous trama to the head. No one wants to see a Gerald M. situation happen all over again or even worse.
Oscar has always been a big girl's blouse. No surprise to see him quitting on his stool against the little guy, the man is a button-nosed twat.
I mean.....what did you want Oscar to say leading up to the fight? "I can't wait!.....I'm going in there with PAC on Dec 6th and I'll be ready to take the ass whooping I got comming." If that is the case you will be seeing a lot of boxers looking like some clowns b/c everyone talks up their game to hype themselves up before a fight. I thought you were talknig about DLH himself.....like his personality, the things he does or says that seem scripted or fake....that to me is a bit clownish. I honestly feel DLH felt he'd KO'd PAC and was more than confident in seeing his comments on 24/7 through.
Says the guy with the PW avatar. At least Oscar faced everyone that was dangerous. When he moved up in weight he would fight the top dogs. Not the Koelles of the world. HaHa
