Successful people are often troubled by a fundamental insecurity which drives them to epic deeds, where most people give up and live a life of mediocrity like many of the turds commenting on this thread. It is not inconceivable that beneath the polished exterior he is something else entirely. Say what you like about Oscar and his politician speak, he actually fought the best guys in his division and beyond. Could do with a few more like him!
its obvious, he stopped fighting, didnt know how to fill the hours, could finally have a drink and relax and the booze got to him. it happens to a lot of people and with money and time to burn in equal order its fairly easy, oscars a prime target. the drugs and the women obviously follow on because when steaming he wont give a ****. booze gets to a lot of people and it can really **** you up pretty quick. oscar does come across as a politician type too much and being fake but thats the golden boy persona probably however having seen first hand how a normal dude can spiral outa control, i wouldnt wish it on anyone great fighter too
