    Leonard, I was 12 and really getting into boxing when he beat Hearns. He was the right fighter at the right time as far as my interest in boxing is concerned.

    :good In my opinion the best right hand lead in boxing, its like a pistol in the holster just waiting for someone to yell draw.

    However I disagree with you on one thing, I believe his most exciting fight, not in terms of competition but as in bringing out his speed and power has to be against Corley. One point in the fight Corley throws around 5 punches at Mayweather who ducks every single one then comes back with a staggering left hook in the blink of an eye. Brilliant

    As for his hand speed, the proof is in the pudding.
