I've been following boxing going on for thirty years and assumed the same. Finding out about all this is making me question all the weight jumping superstars of the eighties. :?

I'm not sure why anyone should expect Floyd to just capitulate and fight Manny with the 14-day no test agreement. If they don't have random testing at anytime I don't want to see this fight happen now.
