Pac, Arum and Roach ducking Floyd already???

And against who will he get the recognition and the money that a fight with Pac brings?

 

Not going to get an example because it doesn't exist. Floyd mayweather being hard to negotiate with is one of the biggest myths on forums. Team pac on the other has been demanding things every fight

 

50/50 is fair :deal

 

How is he being difficult now? Negotiations haven't even started. Him saying he won't accept 50-50 means nothing especially when arum and roach are going around saying floyd would have to take less than 50-50 themselves.

pac/pbf will defo go ahead if pac gets past cotto - as soon as the checkbooks are out both guys are gonna relise a 50/50 split is still more than they can get fighting anyone else plus they will both have excuses ready if they lose

 

They haven't even started negotiations. Furthermore, being p4p #1 means **** as far as a purse split goes. Otherwise, both Floyd and Pac would've gotten at least a 50/50 split vs. Hoya.

Roach is full of ****. That crap about floyd being an easy fight was bull and most of the people here know it. This was the same Roach that said on ESPN Firday night fights that Floyd would be the most difficult fight of Pac career, and that Floyd would force Pac to change his style to have a shot of winning. Then he said and I quote "Floyd would force Manny to walk to him and lead, that isnt what Manny does best, it would be a hard fight for Manny to win, but I THINK he can do it" That is a far different story then what Roach has said in the past about Manny fights.

Roach went on to say in that segiment that Manny has gotten abit of an ego and wouldnt take the fight with Floyd unless he was getting the bigger share.

Bottom line is the stuff that they are saying isnt in an attempt to get the fight rather its an attempt to get out of the fight.

Arum is also full of ****, when asked about making a fight between Cotto and Paul Williams arums stated that "I will never deal with mr williams, so I cant see a fight with him and Cotto ever happening" Then about a month later he tried to get a fight with Williams for Clottey and has since signed a fight with Williams and Pavlik. What Arum should have said was Im not going to let Williams fight Cotto. with this kind of track record I dont know why people seem to think that Arum is working on angles to make the fight happen, when what he is really doing is hurting the fight but saying stuff like "I would be a boring fight" and "I would rather see Manny retire after the cotto fight then fight Floyd"
