    Good post!:thumbsup

The scenarios you lay out can very well happen......if it comes down to it, JMM can even give Pac his right hand to land if he has trouble slipping both the right and the left.....in order to throw his own left hook over or under it to a more effective and thudding effect.

That is actually likely to happen....Marquez will invite Pac to score with the right, and his return shot will have more effect.
I'll match my left with your right anytime may very well be JMM's attitude! (I'd love that:yep )

In order to have a realistic shot at winning, Pac imo will have to go for broke sometime within the first 6 rounds......
.....if he waits till late in the fight, Pac would have lost quite a bit of stamina for an all out Kamakazee blitz to be able to realistically be effective.

If I'm Pac, I'd try the same blitz on JMM again and hope to catch him while he's not fully warmed up to the fight.
If this happens of course, JMM should'nt be to eager to counter right away was he did in fight one......
.....ride the storm, and pick his spots to land in ones and two's but land them hard so that they discourage Pac from that type of aggression.
Its exactly what JMM started doing in the latter part of round two that got him back in the fight, and it took off from there!

If Pac choses to box early, eventually imo he'll have to revert to trying desperately land his lone power shot....the straight left......but he wont have the energy to do it kamakazee with full force energy by then!:deal

BLACK, DIVAC, 4rOUNDER, ULI uli and the rest of JMM FANS or pac haters

LETS GO FAST FORWARD, MARCH 16, 2008

Pls advise where you belong after the fight in the event PACMAN wins. If pacman loses especailly by KO. Give credit where credit is due. PACMAN lost too a better fighter. If he is given a chance for a rematch. that's good for pacman if not sorry for pacman.

NOW, IF JMM loses. WHERE DO YOU BELONG or what would you say. It can only be categorized in 4 ways

    1) JMM is over the hill/washed up fighter
    2) IF The fight was done 3 yrs ago. JMM would have... could have...
    3) I'm just a PACHATER so even if JMM LOST.Still NO CREDIT goes to JMM
    4) JMM lost to a better FIGHTER!

A lot of pacfans said that if he loses. NO EXCUSES! we lost to a better fighter. Simple answer. 1,2,3 or 4. Don't make you answers complicated. Its a simple as choosing among the four possible answers.

Divac you're overdoing yourself: have u forgotten pac's right hooK?
just like jmm, pac also have the right hand as well as his patented left at his disposal, so don't be overconfident that this match will be a walk in the park for jmm. :nono Jmm is very good in both hands, but pac has the ko power in both hands as well now.
My analysis on this is pac would not rush things due to his respect that he have for jmm's counterpunching skills, he would do his style like on em's 1 and 2 slowly then if he saw an opening: go for it.
Pac would play it smart and possibly brawl if he can take jmm's shots even if he gets tagged along hoping for a ko, as jmm's power seems to diminish as he aged and now he is on a higher weight.
But 1 thing is 4 sure: no man would let his respected countries and pride down as both had to prove from the frst fight on who really won.
This will be a war. :bbb

OK. I should not have included your name. BLACK seems quiet on this issue. I wonder who would be on tears after the fight?!!

We have not had any tears for a long time since pacman lost to morales the first time. !!!!

Tell me something I dont know??? :yep ......Reading comprehension my friend.....as I said, I believe JMM will gladly invite Pac to throw his right hook so that he can counter it with a left hook.

If you're Joe Frazier, you dont box with Muhamad Ali.

....likewise, Hagler does'nt box with Tommy Hearns.....

.....Hagler was a good boxer, but look at the pickle he got himself into when he went into the Leonard fighting intent on boxing with him......

Hell, Sugar Ray Leonard was a great boxer, but he's not going to go into a fight looking to outbox a better boxer in Tommy Hearns......

.....Tyson does'nt box with Evander Holyfield......

DLH does'nt box with Mayweather Jr........

The point is that a good boxer, does'nt go into a fight trying to outbox a better one.

You all can believe what you want, but I guarantee you that if Manny Pacquiao emerges victorious against JMM come March, it wont be because he was the better boxer.

I can go on and on.....Miguel Cotto is a fantastic boxer......but I guarantee you that if he got his chance at Mayweather Jr., he's not about to beat him playing the role of the boxer.

Come March, we will see who is right.
Pac may not be as one dimensional as he's been in the past, but from this posters point of view, when its all over in March, JMM is going to make Pac look as one dimensional as he's ever looked!

Expecting Pac to come in trying to outbox JMM as he did MAB is the equivalent of expecting JMM to stand his ground and invite Pac to go toe to toe in a phone booth and expect to come out the better.....
    .....both propositions utterly ridiculous!

.....and this Saturday night, Ricky Hatton is not going to get in a boxing contest with Mayweather Jr.

....and btw, a jab coming from a southpaw to a conventional stance fighter, can be picked off and parried, smothering it and countered with a left hook to either head or body

Believe me, when it comes to the different scenarios that may take place in the ring, JMM is going to be better versed in how to counteract each of the scenarios.....its the reason that I cant envision Pac even coming close to competing with JMM in a less aggressive boxing mode.

JMM has been doing this all his life....Pac nature is to attack, and he'll do so when the leather starts to smack his face....tat tat tat tat!:yep

When things start to get tough, a fighter always reverts to his natural style.....its not going to be any different with Manny Pacquiao!

.....and dont worry gentleman, I wont shy away from saying I underestimated Pac if it does'nt happen to go JMM's way next spring.
.....but I'm on record as stating what I honestly think will happen.
A clear victory for JMM over Manny Pacquiao is what I'm fully expecting!:bbb

    I know what you meann!

I'd hate for it to be me! :D

.....but its nothing compared to might happen this saturday night if Ricky Hatton pulls off the upset.

The way the Mayweather hardcores are talking, a few of them will most probably never be heard from again in this forum!:yep

Yes, the day of Rekoning is MARCH 15TH 08'

Either the JMM fans will eat their words or Pacman fans will eat their words.

Good thing for pacman is he NEVER under estimates anybody. Probably in words he would say he was not impressed with the last win of JMM but when he starts practicing. he is dead serious!!!!

Go pac go!!!:bbb :bbb :bbb I smell victory for pacman and I smell an upset by Hatton !!!:good

And the Morales fight too... IM with JMM. PAc will not win using the same strategy he used with Barrera. Even then from the opening round you could tell all Barrera wanted to do for that fight was stand 12 rounds with PAc. Nothing more. JMM is hungry for his pride and money which will be more to come if he beats him. He has never had all the money and attention MAB had. HE wants it and Pac is just the way to do it.
