It is laughable. PED accusations stem from Pac ducking the tests not from accusations. You can't pin FMJ EVER saying Pac is on PEDs. He said the PI makes the best PEDs. There's more than one way to skin a cat.... So there's definitely more than one way to admit your wrong. They "apologized" to correct an error they made through their words or actions. Whatever the case the PUBLIC apology was part of their "settlement"... Which translates to in order for PAC to ACCEPT and FORGIVE GOLDEN BOY for their "mistake"....that they'd have to make a VERY public apology on top of what they settled upon behind closed doors.
