    Lol, true.

I have a feeling that Pac's speed is more deceptive and is quicker than it seems, since it seems the fighters he goes against always feel that Pac isn't that fast (before the fight).

    Mayweather.

Pacquiao looks quick, but only against those he faced

I doubt if ODLH and JMM can give their unbiased opinion on who's faster between Manny and Floyd overall. I've read reports where they don't like Pac at all.

I'd have to say Mayweather. He's slowed down a bit with age though. Pacquiao's speed is more apparent because he throws 3 to 4 punches at a time, while Floyd pot shots.

FMJ pulls the trigger faster. Looks "faster" because the other guy looks so flat.

    Pac has faster combos.

    Slow puncher/swarmers.

He doesn't fight slick American boxers.

This subject has been done to death. I've voted for Pac. Here again are my reasons:

Ask someone who's fought both Pac and Floyd.

And this video. Couldn't find a video of Floyd showing faster hands and he has 20,000 videos on Youtube. If you guys find one, feel free to post.

I favorited this video on youtube like a month ago.
He's like a martial artist when he shadow boxers.

    Here's a question.
You have to be in the ring with floyd or manny for 3 minutes, who do you pick to fight?
I'd get in with floyd in a heartbeat if those were the options.

Void can't fight the entire fight, he only fights in spurts, while Pac fights the entire fight, plus, Void is a coward. Remember the chicken in Rocky?
