    Pacman has quickness all over him. Hand speed, body and legs. Legs especially as a result of his basketball games. When he kick his foot on the canvass and body lurch forward and shoot straight ( either hand ) all in one blinding speed , that's hard to defend.

    pac is faster over all.

    if he can throw fast combos then he can also throw single punch faster.

    get in the ring once in your life then you'll realize.

    Pac is for sure slower on foot and I bet Floyd can beat him in any physical test of speed whether it be running or whatever. Pac's foot speed only shows up when he fights flat footed come forward type fighters and they are still able to cut the ring off on him. We can see floyd get across the ring and land his left hook in a blink. Pac cant do that. Hell..you rarely see Pac land a lead off punch.. How the **** are you going to compare hand speed when one guy relies on throwing 10 to land 4 and the other guy is so fast he can lead with his off hand and land clean through a guard.. around a guard.. Floyd just does not as good combination puncher. Pac can put punches together better and with more power but kill all that dumb ****.

    Floyd's jab is quicker.. his right hand is quicker and his hooks are for damn sure quicker.

    pac could throw a thousand punch on a puncing bag in 90 seconds.....oh wait, it was floyd.

    Floyd could hit the punching bag 1000 times in 90 seconds.

    Pacman and it isn't close. Pacquiao has 3 times the foot speed and 2 times the handspeed.

    You will see difference if Floyd ever grow balls and fight Manny.
