I've grown to appreciate Pac quite a bit. His accomplishments are high grade as far as I'm concerned. But I must say, if there's only one fighter out there I enjoy whatching him take a beating (or at least taking hits from) from, it's JMM. I love to see his head snap back from a JMM blow. It's great stuff.
1. Sorry, I know mine is the only avatar of a seductive looking woman in ESB. 2. You don't know who I am. Are you comparing Pac, an alleged adulterer (http://bendzg.com/2008/02/01/manny-pacqiao-philippine-scandal/) with me? Is he 10 times the man I am? You lack intelligence with biased statements like that. At least I have stated some evidence. 3. I'm not a Hatton fan, I'm just saying it how it is. Pac is a good fighter, but tell me what else he has done, compared to a guy like JMM?
Yeah right and in doing so . . . he won't the p4p title via lottery. :happy:happy:happy:happy:happy:happy:happy:happy:happy:happy:happy:happy:happy:happy
ah. haven't you been reading all the posts here in your own thread?! :huh just look for my previous post and you'll know why your thread is so downright absurd. :-(
HUH?!? Pac beat JMM already. Research on Pac's achievements before asking stupid questions like this. The evidence is right there in your face. Unless you opt to believe otherwise.
so you're bitter that your boy fatton might not get 50/50 fight purse against pac huh.. don't worry once the dust has been settled pac will sign the contract and KTFO that hugger
You can argue all your life but the fact remained that Pac got a draw and a win against JMM whose ass kissed the canvass 4 times in those 2 fights. The 1st fight with Morales could had been a TKO win for Pac if not for the cut-causing headbutt he suffered in a mid round. Pac fought with only one eye for the majority of fight yet he kept it close. As for the MAB fights, what are you talking about? You better ask MAB if he wasnt hurt at all especially in the first fight. As for ODLH fight, 90% of the experts did not give him a chance of winning and Pac proved them wrong. Yeah, WTF?
Keyword, "arguably" lost, both fights were close enough that either man could've won either of those nights. Yea it sucks that Marquez didn't win, but thats boxing. Your second point, may hold some validity, El terrible wasn't the fighter he was when they fought the second time, however Pac willingness to take dangerous fights is a testament that he's ready and willing to bang with anyone, so excuse me if Pac didn't catch El terrible the second time when he was closer to his prime, thats just how things go. If I recall correctly El Terrible was still considered a favorite in their second fight. Your third point, the Mab he fought the first time was close to prime and pac beat the shyt out of him. That second fight if you paid close attention Mab was getting hit with regularity and Pac decided to slow it down around the 6th and basically got an out of prime Mab to the final bell of their second fight. Add to the fact that Mab was basically on defensive mode from the second part of the fight onward, so needless to say you can see why he made it to the final bell. Secondly, your point also falls short in the sense that a limited Pac took Mab to school in the first fight. Your last point is a testament of you trying to revision history with the knowledge we have today. Point blank, Pac was moving up 3 weight classes to get this fight with shot Hoya and De la Hoya was considered a huge favorite, even though most considered him by that point shot. So it may be true that the Oscar that showed up may not have been the fighter we expected (most expected him to weight in at 160 fight night), most everyone on the forum felt this was a cash out for Pac. Yet amazingly enough the stars aligned themselves and he pulled a huge upset, probably the biggest upset of the decade. So peace yourself out and recognize the man's got a pretty damn good resume.
