Anyone knows if Showtime or HBO gonna make the pre fight hype on this match?? Anyone else excited about it?
Kinda boring, actually. Floyd would talk his usual trash, about how rich he is, and how Pac is gonna be easy work. Pac will talk God and the bible, how he wants to give the public a good fight, answer concerns about his focus and dedication, yadda, yadda, yadda. They're both tired and familiar 24/7 stories.
I'd rather HBO / Showtime produce a short series where they get experts to weigh in on why they think Pac or May will win. 10 some odd minutes each. It should be done WITH VIDEO EVIDENCE to back up their claims. Or failing that, strategies that either fighter can, will or should employ. And no, I'm not talking about what Teddy Atlas does prefight on FNF. I mean like an in depth ****ysis (crazy that we can't use that word on this forum) with a detailed breakdown. I also think that if the casuals watched this (and even some of the "hardcore" fans) it would add to their appreciation of the fight and the sport as a whole.
I hate 24/7. I don't care about watching the fighers going shopping. Instead they should do a show about the actual training, and have experts weigh in on tactics.
Sooo they have had like 20 HBO/All Access shows combined. There is literally nothing that they could show us at this point.
there wont be 24/7 and no promotion either this is Floyd's way of getting back at the fans for forcing him to take a fight he didn't want he's childish and whimsical like that.
