154 would be a surprise for me TBH. I assumed Roach would want Sugar to get down to welterweight in an attempt to drain him. Of his possible opponents (SSM, JMM or berto) Mosley would be my last choice. He obviously has a score to settle with Marquez, Berto will be more motivated than ever. But SSM has just been schooled by PBF and looked awful last time out. The only reason they are taking this fight is to make Mayweather look bad IMO. That will be accomplished of Pac a) fights him at 154 and b) gets a stoppage win. The fight will thus be made for all the wrong reasons.
There is article on the B0xing Sc3n3 website saying the fight could be at 148 for the WBC 154 title with the fight being at the MGM Grand. I think making the fight at the 148 weight limit could work in Mosley's favour because he has always seemed to struggle at the full LMW limit.

Bull**** fight. Pac's level opponents were as bad as Haye last year but somehow he gets away with it and Haye gets crucified.
