    If that's true, it's asonishing. That's amazing.

23 rounds is insane. Roach is smart. Won't have him doing anything to full contact.

That looks more impressive than it really is. Not to say that Manny isnt a beast, but 600 situps in 10 minutes is doable for any fit and trained person

Yep. I do about the same kind of regimen myself and truthfully I don't consider myself somekind of super fit freak. Anyone in good physical condition can accomplish that feat.

Situps are deceptive, because once your core gets stronger they no longer are a strengthening exercise, they become more like cardio for your abdominal muscles. Doing lots of them indicate well conditioned core muscles that wont tire, rather than core muscles that are extremely strong.

Pacquiao is fit both ways though obviously.

do core stability exercises involving really slow movements with controlled breathing whilst tensed up, lying at kinda odd positions sometimes involving your legs. only worth doing as MEXICANJEW says above, when you reach a certain level of strenght they dont do anything for you so doing those are good

also dnt do simple straight sit ups with your feet underneath and your hands behind your head as they are a waste of time and bad for your back
