The fact is he didnt beat him conclusively in ANY of the fights. That is why he had to fight him a 3rd time. You don't underestimate your opponent if you have your longest training camp. You don't underestimate your opponent if half the fans and boxing critics say you lost one or both of the previous fights with an opponent. Despite whatever agenda you are trying to push Pacquiao isn't stupid and he didn't underestimate sh1t! According Roach & Ariza this was the best camp since Cotto! Everyone including Manny knows Marquez has his number.....the weight, the shakes, Ariza all make NO Difference. Marquez has Pacquiaos number and he certainly won the last fight!
I believe Pacquiao underestimated Marquez... because I did as well. Marquez had to go life and death with Juan Diaz, and got dropped and badly hurt by Michael Katsidis, both at 135lbs. Pacquiao barely lost a round while dominating the **** out of Miguel Cotto, Ricky Hatton, Antonio Margarito and Joshua Clottey, all at 140-150lbs. Logic told you that Pacquiao would overpower Marquez - if a D-class lightweight brawler like Katsidis could hurt him, logic tells you Pacquiao should've destroyed him. A timely reminder to many that logic does not always apply in boxing. Marquez's new fitness trainer made a big difference IMO, as did his ring IQ which was naively overlooked by me and others... IMO including Pacquiao and his team.
That's your rebuttal? atsch Call me whatever you like doesnt change the fact that Pacquiao didn't underestimate JMM and DESPITE his best efforts he couldn't beat JMM convincingly despite having EVERY advantage.
Yawn. Yet another General Forum stinktard who doesn't know what the phrase means, yet goes around saying it and embarrassing himself. Learn something dumbass: atsch
Don't get me started on that *** Tasco/Taco put the stupidest thing I've ever read and still sticks to it now.
Whats stupid is your reading comprehension. I never said Plaster doesnt do anything for punching power - I said people were overblowing it. I'm not even a fan of Margarito. Stop catching feelings , fanboy.
