If Mayweather was confident of beating Pacquiao in 2008-9, he'd have fought him. Instead, he found every excuse not to fight him.

Maybe he will win if they fight. I don't know. The fact is though, when everyone wanted the fight, Mayweather didn't because he knew he could lose.

This is the defining statement in this thread. It appears that due to the fact that the realization that PAC dosent have a snowball's chance in hell that no one cares or wants to see the fight. All is fair in love and war, take your licks like a man *******s. Don't pull that we always knew PAC wasn't that good or he is past it now, when in October, you guys were talkin massive ****.

It's not just size, skill too. JMM is a very talented fighter, but Pac's last couple of fights made him seem out of this world. KO'ing guys much bigger than him and with bigger reach. JMM was somewhat of a wake up call. So yeah, I'll admit I have have fallen a bit for the Pac hype. But you know what, Mayflower is hyped to hell too. And as far as we know, they haven't fought yet. So even if we think we know who would win, we don't. Most thought JMM would be a walk in the park for Pac. It wasn't. Now it seems most of the people think Pac would be a walk in the part for Mayflower, it very well could not be. We don't know.

It's just that asking the question now seems a bit futile. Personally, I don't really give a **** anymore. I wanted to see Pac vs Fraud then. Now, I'm not that interested anymore because I've seen Pac get (arguably) defeated by a much smaller guy than Floyd. So I don't think the question of Pac vs Floyd is relevant anymore, mostly because Pac is much smaller than Floyd and since Pac pretty much lost vs a guy of his own size, who was much smaller than Floyd, asking the question who would win vs Floyd & Pac is moot. At this point, it's non sequitur.

The question then was: "who would win?". The question now is: "Who gives a ****?"

Mayweather agreed to ring size, gloves, and a 10 million dollar weight penalty.

Only demand in return was drug testing including blood and urine and random. Not only that but the original had a 21 day cut off, which Pac agreed to in the 2nd round of negotiations.

So following your logic, Floyd new that Pac was afraid of blood, with the ONLY evidence of this being a phillipino talk show done years ago, and in his brilliant mind concocted this ruse because he knew that Pac would never agree. :rofl:lol::rofl:lol:

Sorry, following the logic of dumbass Floyd haters is hard.

Prove that statement. I dare you. I dare you because you can't do it, that's because it's fabricated.

What is your point? That because Mayweather is good, I should be a fan? I don't care whether my favourite fighters lose. It's all part of being a fan. I respect guys who will fight anyone, not those who pick and choose who and when they fight to protect their record.

You obviously accept that Mayweather is careful picking his opponents. If that's the case, I hope you enjoy paying $500 to watch Mayweather's next 10 fights against opponents he knows he won't lose against. Me though? I'll stick to watching guys who will risk it against the best.

The only guys Floyd would be favored to lose against are middleweights. Everyone else he would be favored.

Bit unfair to say that he picks and chooses guys he can beat when basically anyone from 140-154 has no chance. :rofl
