There are 2 black American fighters I wouldn't complain if Manny fought. Old Shot Mosley is not one of them.

I hope not. Mosley seems all but done. I wouldn't want to see this one at all.

I ****ing hope that's the case. I'd much rather have Arum planning Cotto and Margarito as opponents for Mosley.

Part of this is no doubt an effort to use leverage against Mayweather in what will no doubt be the third failed attempt to make the Pac/Mayweather fight.

  6. Who else would you rather Pac fight? Mosley easily beats Berto/Alexander/Bradley... and Pac would just as easily, too. I want to see Pac KO Mosely just to laugh at all the *****s who will inevitably say that Floyd stretched Mosley out.

    :rofl:rofl:rofl

I would like Pac to move up and fight the winner of Martinez vs Williams for the middleweight title. A fight with either would be welcomed by everyone, including Martinez and Williams who both, Williams in particular, would be thrilled with a Pac fight.

Why fight an old shot fighter like Mosley who has looked like crap in his recent to fights, when a fight with a better opponent can be made? Sergio or Paul would be a more competitve fight, and would also offer another title in another weight division for Pac's legacy.

I would rather Pac fought a rematch with Cotto than a fight with Mosley. at least Cotto is not shot, and would make the fight somewhat competitive whilst it lasted. Fighting Mosley does **** all to enhance Pac's career. It is a terrible fight, considering the mouth watering options out there.

Mosley made it clear that he would kill that fight for a chance at either May or Pac. He was even upset that he had to fight someone like Berto rather get a bigger payday vs one of those guys.

Plus Mosley destroyed Margo months before Cotto's scheduled fight with Clottey. They avoided Mosley and waited months for Cotto to fight Clottey. And when they saw Cotto look less then spectacular vs Clottey they jumped on that fight.

Mosley had way more buzz at that time then Cotto who was seen as shot. Plus it was a close fight with Mosley and Cotto and many even consider it a draw.

Can't believe what I'm reading in this thread. Pacquiao getting hate, a disgrace, loosing fans for a stay busy fight against THE Mosley? And the only way the midget can get their respect is to fight the champion of 160. Damn! Who would've thought.

    Bang on.

It's comical how Kellerman/HBO was spewing nonsense about how Floyd waiting for the right time to take fights when Pacquiao has become the biggest star in boxing doing the same thing.

Margo, Cotto, Clottey, DLH, Hatton, catchweights, etc.

Roach "Shane, you're too big, too good", now they are going to take the fight? I hope Shane pulls one last rabbit out of his hat. :bbb

This would really be a disgrace, and i know HBO will hype this fight up so much towards the end, trying to portray an image that mosley actually has a chance, but in actuality mosley faces being embarresed again and even gettin KO.
Mora poses more of a threat to pacquiao because Mosley technically lost his last 2 fights, the main reason for why hes coming to the table is because of Hopkins' comments and because mosley is getting more deluded by the day.
Still 2011 could be a bright year for boxing if,
*Hopefully Mosley will retire or if he wants to keep fighting on should be fighting Berto.
    *Pacquiao will finally face Mayweather.
    *Bradley faces Khan.
*Martinez/williams winner possibly fighting jean pascal?!
