I don't think there will be a KO, but the fight will be a blowout win for Pacquiao. Don't expect Marquez to be in the fight at any point.

Wow, Margo really has short arms for a 5'11 fighter and how was Pac 25" for JMM-pac II but 23" for his fight with tony, is it just me or are these stats total bull****...

  3. Anyone who buys this fight is a sucker. Mayweather toyed with Marquez at 147, when he fought Pacquiao last it was at 130, now this fight is at a catchweight of 144. Just a stupid fight to make. Pacquiao can only look bad no matter what happens and Marquez is way past his best.

What makes you think that? He may be 38, but he's still performing well. The weight difference will be negligible. I don't see any reason whatsoever to believe Pacquiao will have it any easier on saturday than he did in the two previous fights.

My only guess regarding the arm-length difference is that if it's from the armpit to the end of the fist, if Pac put on more muscle in the area of his lats, the measurement would appear shorter even though the bone hasn't grown (or shrunk) in length.

If the weight different dont matter then why this fight didnt happen at 140 pounds instead of 144 pounds? Oh i know why cause Pac knows that over 140 pounds, Marquez is slower its that simple. Hatton weigh more then Mayweather on fight night but yet when Mayweather tko Hatton, ppl here didnt give Mayweather credit cause he beat a junior ww. <<If thats the case then why should Pac get credit for beating a lightweight?

People still fail to understand that being able to train and build the body without dehydrating and coming in at a solid 144 pounds is not the same as training within the limits of dehydration and then gaining mere water weight back on fight night. I hope JMM conditions well, but the way each carries the weight is an issue.

I believe it's the other way around.. "Floyd ruined Hatton so that's why Pac beat him.."

    In green:
:patsch:lol: It's like you've ignored their actual weights to intentionally appear dense on purpose. For the prestige of a world title, is why it's not at 140. Nobody has a title at 140, here. Why was Williams/Martinez at a catchweight in the middleweight division instead of at 154? Again, they were about the same size, weight-wise anyway. For the prestige of Martinez's title, because he held a belt at 160 and nobody held one at 154? Marquez is slower at 135+, which is clear to me, but in reality he's been about the same weight as Pac on fight night for some time now...which is on record. It's fact.

In yellow: Take your argument with that to those people, then, not me, brother. I think the Hatton win was very good.

In case you forgot, belts dont mean **** and btw isnt Mayweather the legit ww champ since he beat Mosley? Pac vs Marquez at 140 pounds is clearly a fair weight pure and simple but only dummies like you think 144 pounds is a fair weight cause of fight night weigh in and blah blah, blah.

Those are haters, who cares. I think both pac and floyds win over hatton are very good, most people do. Isnt that better than people discrediting out of hatred?

    Green:

Oh, I'm sorry. Is "belts don't mean ****" a fact of some kind that I could've learned and forgotten? :huh **** me, I'm so sorry. What a fool I have been. You've changed my mind with your irrefutable information and reasoning.

    Blue:
What does Mayweather's status as anything have to do with this match and how much the weight class matters? Let me see here, hold on while I look that up...Okay, just got back from looking it up. It means "****all" according to Google. You must have "forgot". :yep

In white: Only dummies like me think fight-night weigh-ins are significant? Is that where you're going, right now? That might be the single dumbest ****ing thing I've read today, and considering I've read a lot on the general forum today, that's impressive as hell. Honestly. Congratulations on that. Most hardcore fans I know pay attention to released fight-night weigh-ins because they are just as important as things like height and reach and age. It's actual weight, you see. It's what they actually weigh when they fight. If you don't think what they will actually weigh when they actually fight is important, I won't continue wasting my time with you.
