The word "robbery" for this fight is hyperbole in his highest form, the best Marquez can argue is 7-5 which is merely losing a close fight. There were many competitive rounds in that fight, the difference maker was that Pacquiao fought all 12 rounds and Marquez gave away rounds 1 and 12. You can't do that **** in a fight of that magnitude. Don't me wrong Marquez landed some good clean shots, but overall Pac was throwing more and landing more. This was no robbery, it was a close fight that went to the guy who fought all 12 rounds and had a higher punch output. Also you guys saying Pacquiao is over-rated for struggling against Marquez are total morons. Marquez is hands down one of the greatest featherweights of this generation. Is Willie Pep overrated because he struggled against Sandy Sandler? Of course not, because his overall record and talent speaks for itself. However I guess such logic is lost to you short sighted trolls who are willfully ignorant of boxing beyond last weeks fight.

How exactly did Manny win round 1, based on what? It was Marquez who won the round if anybody. With his body punches. As for the 12, Marquez edged that to imo. You cant say it was close if Marquez won 7-5 as a way to legitimize the fact Manny might of got the benefit of the doubt, cause even in a close fight you still have the urge to go Marquez is why, and the reason for that is because he won the fight clearly.
Here's a newsflash for you. Professional boxers and trainers at the top of their game know more than you about boxing. You can take your 7-5 to Pac and stick it.
EXPECTATION CHANGES OPINION. If someone gives you a steak sandwich and says 'this is the best thing you will ever taste in your life' you will be disapointed. If no one says anything you will enjoy the sandwich for what it is. Expectations for Pacquaio by other boxers was through the roof. Pacquaio has looked INVINCIBLE recently and last night he looked very much human, but I believe he won the fight, he was the aggressor and threw AND MOST IMPORTANTLY LANDED MORE PUNCHES.

Man that is just you trying to legitimize this travesty. Its true that is sometimes the case, but it wasn't here. I tell you now, anyone who thinks Manny won that fight should be embarrassed to voice their opinion that they thought he won, as they seemingly dont score punches that actually land. Marquez dictated the tempo of that fight and landed the cleaner punches throughout the fight. There might of been rounds where Manny landed solid punches, but they weren't as spread over the coarse of the fight like Marquez's.
