Pacquiao has an excellent chin. Of course the usual suspects (haters) would rather cough up blood than credit him with anything, but the evidence is crystal clear. Watch his fights. The guy's chin is immense.
I have to agree. Due to his lunging style (throwing all his bodyweight in to that soutpaw straight) its a ****ing miracle he hasnt been koed yet. And many times hes been perfectly timed lunging in by that southpaw killing orthodox straight. dude is a beast!
Yep, a classic yesihavearm2 comment alright - infantile, reductive, utterly pointless. Four questions: 1 - What happened after he got knocked down by a jab? 2 - Is one KD more important than years and years of going to war with top class opposition and proving to have a strong chin? 3 - James Toney was knocked down by a glancing tap against Roy Jones. Does that mean he doesn't have a granite chin? To anyone other than you, the answer is obvious. He proved again and again that he does, so that one incident is rendered meaningless. 4 - Often, knockdowns have as much to do with balance as anything else. Being knocked down doesn't mean someone doesn't have a great chin, getting stopped after only limited punishment to the head does. Do you understand this? For someone with such a monstrous hard-on for "chinchecking", you don't really know much about it. Try something else.
He has a great chin. **** is granite as they come. I mean look at the way he took those bombs from Marquez and just stood there.. I mean his head was nearly taken off on a few occasion by marquez' right hand, but he didn't go down.. His chin is solid.. yup.. The first marquez fight for example, I thought his head was gonna fly off to the nosebleeds when he got hit flush by a right hand..
