 its rather simple actually. I don't see the issue at all.

A boxer reaches a point in his career where he is in his physical prime, and that point doesn't always correspond to the point where he is in his mental and/or technical prime. This is the case with PAcquiao, who reached his physical prime at 122, but is a much better technical fighter today than when he was in his physical prime. He was also still rather inexperienced at 122.

How can you say 122 was his physical prime? He hadn't filled out completely. 130 is his prime IMO, a case can be made for 126. Just look at him against Morales (3rd fight). He was bigger than Morales, because he finally filled his frame out completely! I'm pretty sure at 122 he was still draining to make weight wasn't he?

Given that there are 9 divisions above Pacquiao's, I'm betting his idols are in one of those. Possible someone like Roy Jones?

Arrrrgggh I hate these threads. Pacquiao is pretty much my favourite active fighter, but these ridiculous nuthugging threads make me argue against him. I hate it.

damn man you think i'm nuthugging because i think he reached his physical prime at 122? wtf. There's no nuthuggery about it. You think it was 130, good for you. I think that p4p, he was faster and stronger at 122 than at 130 and had better stamina. There is no nuthuggery about it and its not really a compliment to Pacquiao.

alot of people who aren't very big Pac fans agree that his physical prime was at 122.

I'm not talking about you. I'm talking about all the children in this thread who say "oh he crush your idol". That's back to the pacdbest days.

Oscar De La Hoya was faster and stronger at 130 and 135 too. Doesn't change the fact that 147 was his optimum weight.

No. I just speak the truth. Pac is probably my second favourite active fighter (after Oscar), but I despise the nuthuggery on ESB. I'm realistic. It's the minority that pisses me off (and again, I'm not talking about you), but the minority is close to the worst group of nuthuggers around.

And in case you didn't realise, I've been around for a while. I'm not going to be an alias of Allblack.
